| 摘 要： | 检测了４２例股骨头缺血坏死（ＡＮＦＨ）病人红细胞免疫功能及其调控因子的变化。结果表明，ＡＮＦＨ病人红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体花环率（ＲＢＣ－Ｃ３ｂＲＲ）及红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体促进率（ＲＦＥＲ）明显低于对照组，差异有极显著性（Ｐ＜０．００１）；而红细胞免疫复合物花环（ＲＢＣ－ＩＣＲ）、红细胞Ｃ３ｂ受体抑制率（ＲＦＩＲ）和血清循环免疫复合物（ＣＩＣ）明显高于对照组，差异有极显著性（Ｐ＜０．００１）。提示ＡＮＦＨ可能与红细胞免疫功能降低及红细胞免疫调控系统失调有关。

| Abstract: | The variation of the red cell immune function and the regulatory factors in patients with avascular necrosis of the femur head(ANFH)were measured.The results showed that the red cell C3b receptor rosette(RBC-C3bRR)and the rosette forming effective rate(RFER)of the red cell C3b receptor were significantly lower than those in the normal group(P<0.001),while the red cell IC rosette rate(RBC-ICR),circulatory immune complex(CIC)and the rosette forming inhibitory rate(RFIR)of the red cell C3b receptor were higher than those of the normal control group(P<0.001).These results indicate that there is a correlation between ANFH and the decrease in the red cell immune respone and the regulatory control of the red cell immune system. |
