摘    要:为提高材料利用率与剪力墙的抗震性能,提出一种菱形孔平面钢板剪力墙,给出了简化分析模型,推导了钢板墙中蝶形带的承载力、柔度以及钢板墙整体初始弹性刚度的理论公式,并通过数值分析验证了理论公式的有效性。以开孔尺寸作为主要参数,对开孔钢板墙进行了非线性有限元模拟。结果表明:当开孔宽度适中时,开菱形孔钢板墙与带竖缝钢板墙的承载力相差较小;蝶形带存在三种平面内破坏模式,即弯曲、整体弯剪、局部剪切;当参数h/a、h/b、h/H、h/t(h为开孔高度,a为蝶形带中间截面宽度,b为开孔宽度,H为钢板高度,t为钢板厚度)分别减小时,承载力和弹性刚度都有不同程度的增大;h/a较大时,钢板剪力墙的滞回曲线较饱满,等效黏滞阻尼比较大;减小h/t会显著提高其承载力,但延性变差。

Abstract:A novel steel plate shear wall with diamond openings was proposed to increase material utilization and enhance seismic performance of the steel shear wall. A simplified mechanical model for butterfly link was put forward. Theoretical strength and flexibility of butterfly link and elastic initial stiffness of steel plate shear wall were formulated, and then verified by numerical analysis. Nonlinear finite element analysis of the steel plate wall with diamond openings was conducted for various opening sizes parameters.Research results show that the proposed steel plate wall with diamond openings possesses pretty close load carrying capacity to the steel plate with slits on the condition that appropriate opening sizes are chosen.There are three in-plane failure modes of butterfly link, namely bending, overall bend-shearing and local shearing.Both the load carrying capacity and elastic stiffness of the steel plate shear wall increase in different extent with reduction in h/a,h/b,h/H,h/t (where h is the height of opening, a is the mid-section width of butterfly link, b is opening width, H and t are the height and thickness of steel plate, respectively). When h/a is larger, hysteretic loop of the novel steel plate tends to be plumper and equivalent viscous damping ratio is higher. With decreasing h/t , load carrying capacity of the proposed steel wall increases significantly whereas its ductility gets worse.
