大桥水库汛限水位分期控制研究

摘    要:本文对大桥水库汛限水位分期控制方案进行了研究。首先,结合大桥水库调度运行特性,对水库所在流域的洪水成因变化、降雨时间分布和洪水发生时间分布等特征进行了分析,偏安全考虑确定汛期分期方案为:6月1日至9月15日为主汛期、9月16日至9月30日为后汛期。其次,采用频率分析法推求了大桥水库的分期设计洪水成果,结果表明,大桥水库后汛期设计洪水与年最大设计洪水相比量级较小,进行汛期分期调度既是必要的,也是可能的。最后,基于大桥水库分期设计洪水成果,经调洪计算分析最终推荐大桥水库汛限水位分期控制方案为主汛期2 018.00 m、后汛期2 019.00m,此方案有利于拦蓄汛末洪水资源,减少弃水量,增加水库综合效益,并可为大桥水库汛限水位动态控制提供依据。

Study on stage control scheme of flood control level of Daqiao Reservoir

Abstract:The stage control scheme of flood control level of Daqiao Reservoir is studied herein. Firstly,combined with the control and operation performances of the reservoir,the characteristics,such as the change of the flood causation,the distribution of the precipitation,the distribution of the flood occurrence time,etc.,within the river basin of the reservoir are analyzed,and then the stage scheme for the flood season is determined under a more safe consideration that the period from June 1st to Sept. 15th is to be the main flood period,while the period from Sept. 16th to Sept. 30th is to be the post flood period. Secondly,the stage design floods for Daqiao Reservoir are derived through the frequency analysis. The result shows that the magnitude of the design flood for the post flood period of Daqiao Reservoir is smaller if compared with that of the maximum annual design flood,thus the stage control for the flood period is not only necessary,but also possible. Finally,the stage control scheme of the flood control level for Daqiao Reservoir is recommended to be 2 018.00 m for the main flood period and 2 019.00 m for the post flood period through the flood routing concerned. This scheme is favorable to retain the flood resources,reduce the abandoned water at the end of flood season and then increase the comprehensive benefit of the reservoir. Furthermore,this scheme can provide a basis for the dynamic control of the flood control level of Daqiao Reservoir.
