预应力箱梁用粉煤灰混凝土的配制与性能研究

摘    要:结合润扬长江公路大桥建设,对掺与不掺粉煤灰的三个混凝土配合比进行全面系统的试验研究和对比分析。研究表明在预应力箱梁混凝土中掺入12%的粉煤灰能明显提高新拌混凝土的和易性,混凝土早期强度不下降,耐久性有一定程度的提高和改善。

Abstract:For the application into Runyang Bridge over Yangtze River,three proportions of concrete mixtures mixed without or with fly ash have been studied in detail and analyzed contrastively in this paper.Compared with the reference concrete without fly ash,the concrete for prestressed box beam with 12 percent fly ash as the substitution of cement had better properties.The results show that fly ash could improve the workability of the concrete mixture obviously,increase the durability at a certain extent and couldn't decrease the early strength.
