900 MW 机组锅炉的施工优化及安装工艺

上海外高桥电厂二期工程装有目前国内单机容量最大的900MW机组,锅炉为2788t/h塔式超临界压力 直流锅炉。该锅炉具有炉膛高、设备重、布置紧凑等特点。锅炉本体受热面安装分3个区域进行,进行垂直段水冷壁 及刚性梁、过热器、省煤器、再热器、螺旋段水冷壁及刚性梁、内部连接管及尾部第2烟道的安装。工程安装采用了优 化的施工方案,使用了FZQ1250筒吊和液压提升装置等大型吊装机械,对大板梁临时垫铁拆除、梯井和辅钢结构吊装、 刚性梁吊装、过热器及省煤器和再热器吊装、尾部第二烟道保温方案及锅炉施工工艺及方法等实行了优化,加快了安 装进度。

Construction Optimization and Installation Procedure for Boiler of 900 MW Unit

Shanghai Waigaoqiao Power Plant, phase II, has equipped with the maximum capacity for a single unit 900 MW unit in China. Its boiler is a tower-type supercritical pressure direct boiler at 2 788 t/h, which is characterized by high furnace, heavy equipment and compact configuration, etc.. The installation of the heating surface for the boiler proper is divided into 3 sections, including the vertical sectional water wall and stifness beam, superheater, economizer, reheater, screw sectional water wall and stiffness beam, internal connecting pipe and the 2nd duct at the tail. The rational construction scheme has been used for installation and FZQ1250 cylinder crane and hydraulic lifting device have been adopted for installation, which has greatly improved the schedule of installation.
