| 摘 要： | 为了提高转炉终点碳氧质量分数的控制水平,通过对某厂两座转炉现场生产数据的统计,分析了转炉终点碳氧质量分数的分布状态,研究了炉龄、碳质量分数、终点温度等因素对终点碳氧积的影响规律,对完善生产工艺提出了相应建议。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the control level of carbon and oxygen contents at blowing end-point of BOF steelmaking,production parameters obtained from two sets of BOF were statisticed and analyzed.Based on analyzing of carbon and oxygen contents at blowing end-point,analyzing of effects of BOF campaign life,carbon content at end-point and end-point temperature on the product of carbon content and oxygen content at blowing end-point,some suggestions to improve the production technology are put forward. |
