管端相贯焊接坡口数控切割研究

摘    要:根据空间解析几何的原理建立了管端相贯数学模型,用参量方程描述了管端相贯线焊接坡口的几何形状,该数学模型可应用于4轴联动火焰数控切管机.针对4轴联动火焰数控切管机,分析了管端相贯焊接坡口数控切割运动,将切割运动分解为割炬绕被切管的回转、沿管轴线的平移及在轴剖面内的倾斜、垂直于切割轨迹的4轴联动,给出了数控切割所需相贯线、两面角、实际切割角等参数的参量表达式.

Abstract:According to the theory of analytical geometry of three dimensions, the mathematical model of pipes intersection is given, which use parameter equations to describe the geometry shape of welding groove of pipes intersection and can be used in four-axis interlock numerical-controlled torch pipe cutting machine. As to the machine, numerical-controlled cutting movement for line of pipes intersection is analyzed. The cutting movement is divided into four parts: revolution of torch around the pipe being cut; translation along axial cord of the pipe; incline movement in the axis section; four-axis interlock movement perpendicular to the cutting locus. Expressions of parameters for numerical-controlled cutting are given, such as lines of intersection, dihedral, cutting angle.
