| 摘 要： | 针对已有的三维槽型刀片切屑折断预测模型，利用Java程序语言的JSP技术和HTML语言，建立了知识库，构建了基于网络的三维槽型刀片断屑预报系统．用户通过网络访问该系统时，提交必要的切削参数，然后经系统推理机推理，用户将获得切屑折断预报所需要的极限进给量、极限背吃刀量和切屑折断图表，从而实现切屑折断的在线预报． |

| Abstract: | In this paper, aiming at the existent chip - breaking predictive model, the repository has been established, and using the JSP technology of Java program language and HTML language, a web -based chip - breaking predictive system has been developed. When accessing this system through network, after submitting necessary cutting parameter, user will obtain the critical feed rate and the critical depth of cut and the chip - breaking chart which chip - breaking prediction needs by the ratiocination of system illation machine, and the online prediction of chip - breaking has been lealized accordingly. |
