| 摘 要： | 利用化工模拟软件Aspen Plus对三氯氢硅合成装置进行全流程模拟,并在此基础上完成了该系统的技术改造。Aspen Plus软件为系统工艺改造提供了可靠的基础数据,大大提高了改造的成功性。
