雪卡毒素中毒42例临床分析

目的：探讨雪卡毒素中毒的原因、临床表现和治疗。方法：收集42例雪卡毒素中毒病人的临床资料并综合文献资料进行分析。结果：病人进食有毒鱼肉后1～12h出现神经、消化、心血管系统症状，神经系统症状持续1～3周，并以温度感觉倒错、双下肢麻木、疼痛最具有特征性。结论：雪卡毒素多存在于部分深海鱼的体内，中毒后出现神经、消化、心血管系统症状，以温度感觉倒错双下肢麻木、疼痛具有特征性，预后良好。

Clinical Analysis of 42 Patients with Ciguatoxin Poisoning

Objective： To study the cause, the clinical feature and the treatment of the ciguatoxin. Methods： Fortytwo patients with ciguatoxin poisoning were observed and some other research of ciguatoxin poisoning was analyzed. Results： The symptoms of ciguatoxin poisoning began to appear 1-12 hours after eating the poisonous fish and could last 1-3 weeks. The symptoms could be classified into three board groups： neurological, digestive and cardiovascular system and the clinical picture was characterized by temperature reversal. Conclusion： The ciguatoxin , which could be stored in the reef fish, could lead to digestive dysfunction, cardiovascular impairment and paraesthesia. Temperature reversal is the characteristic symptom. The prognosis of the ciguatoxin poisoning is optimistic.
