肠内营养在食管癌患者术后的应用

目的比较肠内营养与传统静脉补液对食管癌患者术后营养状况的影响,探讨食管癌患者术后合理的营养治疗。方法本组86例食管癌患者,随机分为肠内营养组（enteral nutrition,EN）及静脉营养组（parenteral nutrition,PN）。两组均于术后第1日开始给予营养支持或静脉营养,分别于术后第1日、第8日测定营养相关指标并进行比较,对术后并发症发生率、住院费用、肠道功能恢复时间以及平均住院天数等临床相关指标进行分析。结果术后第8日两组患者体质量均较术前下降,但静脉营养组较肠内营养组下降幅度更大（P〈0.05）;静脉营养组切口感染发生率也高于肠内营养组（P〈0.05）。住院费用、肠道功能恢复时间以及平均住院天数等比较,肠内营养组均优于静脉营养组（P〈0.05）。结论食管癌患者术后应用肠内营养可避免传统的静脉营养之不足,降低手术和静脉营养支持的相关并发症,节省费用,值得临床进一步推广应用。
