| 摘 要： | 大学生创业既是经济发展的必然规律，又是当前就业压力下的必然选择。针对大学生自主创业成功率低的问题，从外因和内因两方面分析原因，提出政府要进一步优化创业环境；学校要加强创业教育的改革创新；大学生要提高自身创业素质的对策建议，以期帮助大学生走好创业之路。

| Abstract: | Business-startup of university students is the necessary rule of advancing economy and the necessary choice of employment pressure. Aiming at the problem of the low success ratio of independent business-startup and to help the university students start up business,this paper,through the analysis of inside reason and outside reason, point out that government should optimize the environment of business-startup, school should improve the education of business-startup and university students should improve their capability of business-startup. |
