| 摘 要： | 目的 研究皮质类固醇激素霜剂包敷治疗慢性肥厚性皮肤病的最佳时间。 方法 对15例皮疹对称分布患者的对称部位的皮疹进行不同时间的包敷治疗,左侧包敷6h/d,右侧4h/d,通过评分法评价包敷后的效果,对效果进行评定。 结果 每天包敷4h和6h无明显差异。结论 由于两个时间疗效相似,包敷4h/d对患者更合适。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the optimal duration of topical corticosteroid cream for chronic hypertrophic skin disorders. Methods 15 patients with symmetrical distribution rash were selected. The left side of rash had been wrapped for 6 h/d, and the right wrapped for 4 h/d. The therapeutic effect on both sides were compared. Results There were no significantly difference between wrapped for 6 h/d and 4 h/d in therapeutic effect. Conclusion For the similar effect, 4 h/d is a better choice for patients wrapped in corticosteroid cream. |
