| Abstract: | As the support of national economy, large state - owned enterprises will take a heavy burden and embark on a long road for the innovation development. In order to further enhance the international competitiveness of state - owned enterprises, it is necessa- ry to change the management innovation mode, including： reshape the sense of enterprise pride ; control the risk of managers ; innovate the mode of human resources exploitation; build enterprise ethic which conform to the times characteristics; strengthen the internal control. |
