摘    要:大型国有企业是我国国民经济的支柱,其改革发展之路任重道远,要进一步提升国有企业国际竞争力,就需对企业进行变革式管理创新:重塑企业使命感,控制管理人风险、创新人力资源开发利用模式、建构符合时代特征的企业职业伦理、加强内部控制。

Abstract:As the support of national economy, large state - owned enterprises will take a heavy burden and embark on a long road for the innovation development. In order to further enhance the international competitiveness of state - owned enterprises, it is necessa- ry to change the management innovation mode, including: reshape the sense of enterprise pride ; control the risk of managers ; innovate the mode of human resources exploitation; build enterprise ethic which conform to the times characteristics; strengthen the internal control.
