纳米磁微粒的激光散斑位移测量系统

摘    要:为了实现对磁流体的运动形态及磁微粒聚集离散位移量的测量,设计了一种纳米磁微粒的激光散斑位移测量系统。采用激光器、CCD器件、差分放大器、高速A/D转换器及FPGA芯片等器件,完成了散斑信号高速采集系统,单通道信号采集速度达到3 Msps,8通道并行处理,实现了毫秒级图像采集要求;实现了USB2.0高速通信接口,使数据传输速率达到30 MB/s,完成了激光散斑信号的高速实时数据传输;设计了本系统硬件设备的驱动程序以及数据实时处理的Win32应用程序,完成了散斑信号的数据处理,测量分辨力达到纳米尺度。所实现的纳米磁微粒的激光散斑位移测量系统达到了纳米磁流体表征检测对分辨力和系统响应时间的要求。

Abstract:In order to obtain the movement measurement of the magnetic particle aggregation or discrete, a kind of magnetic laser speckle displacement measurement system was designed. Laser, CCD device, difference amplifier, high speed A/D converter and FPGA chip components were utilized to complete the speckle signal high-speed data acquisition system, and a A/D acquisition speed is up to 3 Msps. The image acquisition was realized by 8-channel parallel processing. The USB2.0 high-speed communication interface was designed, and the data transfer rate of up to 30 MB/s was worked on. Finally, the high-speed real-time data transmission of laser speckle signal was realized. The driving program for system hardware device and the Win32 application program used for data real-time processing were designed. The speckle signal high-speed data transmission was complicated, and the measurement resolution achieved nanometer order. The design of the magnetic laser speckle displacement measurement system meets the magnetic characterization testing requirement for a high resolution and a high rate response system.
