摘    要:在能源互联网背景下,可再生能源发电并网比例快速增长,而由于风电出力特性等因素的影响,风电并网时出现大量弃风,未能实现全消纳。以减少弃风为前提,运行成本和环境成本最小为目标,构建含制氢储能的电–气综合能源日前经济调度模型。通过对比系统中制氢储能单元参与前后的弃风电量、运行成本和环境成本,验证了制氢储能对减少弃风,提高系统经济性和环保性的作用。仿真算例表明:构建的电–气综合能源系统,在很大程度上实现了风电全额消纳,且制氢储能的参与使整个系统的经济性和环保性都有所提高。在能源互联网的背景下,该模型的提出对系统能够经济、环保地运行具有重要意义。

Abstract:In the context of energy internet,the grid-connection proportion of renewable energy power generation is growing rapidly.However,due to the influence of wind power output and other factors,lots of wind curtailment occurs during the grid-connection of wind power,which fails to realize full absorption.Based on the premise of reducing wind curtailment and the objective of minimizing operating cost and environmental cost,a day-ahead economic scheduling model of electric-gas integrated energy with hydrogen energy storage was constructed.By comparing the wind curtailment quantity,operating cost and environmental cost before and after the participation of hydrogen energy storage units in the system,the effect of hydrogen energy storage on reducing wind abandoning and improving system economy and environmental protection was verified.Simulation example results show that electricity and gas integrated energy system constructed in this paper,has achieved full absorption of wind power to a large extent.Moreover,the participation of hydrogen production and energy storage improves the economy and environmental protection of the whole system.In the context of large energy internet,the proposed model is of great significance to the economic and environmental operation of the system.
