摘    要:为研究涡流发生器对风力机翼型DU97-W-300气动性能的影响,采用数值模拟方法对装有三角形、矩形、梯形3种形状和3 mm、5 mm、7 mm 3种高度的涡流发生器的风力机翼型进行了计算,得到了有效提升气动性能的涡流发生器形状和高度。研究表明:涡流发生器能有效控制翼型产生流动分离,增大失速攻角,提高升阻比;采用梯形涡流发生器的升力系数最大,旋涡耗散速度最慢,提高气动性能最好;高度7 mm的梯形涡流发生器有效抑制了流动分离,提高翼型气动性能最佳。

Abstract:To investigate the effect of vortex generators on the aerodynamic performance of wind turbine wing airfoil DU97-W-300,a numerical method was used to simulate the performance of the wind turbine with three shapes of vortex generators including triangle,rectangle and trapezoid and the height of 3 mm,5 mm and 7 mm.The shape and height of the vortex generator which can effectively improve the aerodynamic performance were obtained.Results show that the vortex generators can effectively control the flow separation of the airfoil,increase the stall angle of attack and raise the lift-drag ratio.Trapezoidal vortex generators have the largest lift coefficient,the least vortex dissipation speed and the best aerodynamic performance.Trapezoidal vortex generators with a height of 7 mm can effectively suppress the flow separation and improve the aerodynamic performance of the airfoil.
