耳穴压豆与穴位按摩联合加速康复外科护理措施干预肝移植围手术期效果分析

目的:观察耳穴压豆与穴位按摩联合加速康复外科护理措施干预肝移植围手术期患者的效果。方法:将60例需行肝移植的患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组以加速康复外科理念为指导,给予现代医学围手术期综合护理措施。观察组在对照组基础上,给予耳穴压豆和穴位按摩。疗程至术后14 d。干预前后应用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评估睡眠情况,应用疲劳症状量表(FSI)评估疲乏程度。干预后,应用肝移植后生活质量调查问卷(pLTQ)评价生活质量,患者出院时评价护理满意度。结果:干预后,2组PSQI总分及FSI各因子评分均较干预前下降(P<0.01),观察组PSQI总分及FSI各因子评分均低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组pLTQ总分高于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在肝移植围手术期给予耳穴压豆与穴位按摩联合加速康复外科护理措施干预患者,可有效减轻疲劳、改善睡眠质量,提高患者的生活质量和护理满意度,有利于康复。

Effect Analysis of Auricular Point Pressing with Beans and Point Massage Combined with Nursing Measures of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery Intervening Liver Transplantation in Perioperative Period

Objective: To observe the effect of auricular point pressing with beans and point massage combined with nursing measures of enhanced recovery after surgery intervening liver transplantation in perioperative period. Methods: A total of 60 cases of patients with liver transplantation were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method, 30 cases in each group. The control group was guided by enhanced recovery after surgery,and given comprehensive nursing measures in perioperative period of modern medicine. The observation group was additionally treated with auricular point pressing with beans and point massage based on the treatment of the control group.The course of treatment in the two groups lasted until 14 days after surgery. Before and after intervention,sleep status was evaluated by Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),fatigue degree was assessed by Fatigue Symptom Inventory(FSI). After intervention, quality of life was evaluated by post-Liver Transplant Quality of Life(pLTQ) questionnaire. The nursing satisfaction was assessed when discharge. Results:After intervention,the total PSQI scores and each factor score in FSI in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before intervention(P<0.01), and the above scores in the observation group were all fewer than those in the control group(P<0.01). The total score of pLTQ in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01). The nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:During perioperative period,the intervention of auricular point pressing with beans and point massage combined with nursing measures of enhanced recovery after surgery for patients with liver transplantation can effectively relieve fatigue, and improve sleep quality, quality of life and nursing satisfaction, which is conducive to rehabilitation.
