功率传感器自动校准软件设计与实现

摘    要:基于C++编程语言和SCPI仪器控制指令,开发通用的功率传感器自动校准控制软件,通过GPIB、USB等数据总线控制各仪器运行,完成对功率传感器的自动校准,并有数据存储和证书记录文件生成功能;软件具有很高的通用性,校准参数自定义设置,支持主流厂商的信号源、功率计和功率传递标准等仪器,校准方法可选择功率传递标准法或交替比较法,对于无数据总线接口的被校功率传感器通过图像识别方式完成读数;软件能够极大提高校准功率传感器的工作效率。

Abstract:This general power sensor automatic calibration softwareis developedbased on the C++ programming language and SCPI instrument control instructions.Through GPIB, USB and other data buses, this software controls the operation of the instruments, completes the automatic calibration of the power sensor, and has the function of data storage and generation of certificate and record file. The software has a high universality,the calibration parameters can be customized,and it supports the signal generator, power meter, power transfer standard and other instruments of the mainstream manufacturers.The calibration method could be choosedfrom using power transfer standard or alternating comparison method.The image recognition method for the DUTs without a data bus interface to complete readings. This software could greatly improves the working efficiency of the power sensor''s calibration.
