我国失地农民权益保护法律问题初探

失地农民作为一个新出现的社会困难群体,在其失去土地之后,经济权利、政治权利和其他社会权利都不同程度地受到了侵害,存在权利缺损的现象.究其原因,主要是由于我国目前土地产权制度存在缺陷、土地征用机制不完善、社会保障体系不健全所致.因此,有必要改革现有土地产权制度,完善土地征用法律规范,建立健全农村社会保障体系.

As a new social vulnerable group,Land-expropriated farmers are falling into dire straits,for example,their economic right,the political rights and other social rights are facing to the threat of being violated.The crucial reasons are the flaw and imperfection in land property system,land expropriation mechanism and social security system.Therefore,it is necessary to reform the land property system,perfect the land expropriation legal system and establish the perfect rural social security system.
