| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨通里攻下方剂防治豚鼠结石性胆囊炎的动力学机制。方法:建立豚鼠结石性胆囊炎动物模型,制备消炎利胆汤含药血清,测定正常、模型、药物干预及Cajal间质细胞(Interstitial cells of cajal,ICC)损伤等各组胆囊肌条收缩活性。结果:模型组较正常组胆囊肌条收缩减弱、胆汁淤积,预防组较模型组、治疗组较对照组胆囊肌条收缩增强、胆汁淤积改善(P0.05);含药血清可增强胆囊肌条收缩活性,呈浓度依赖性,ICC损伤胆囊肌条收缩活性减弱(P0.05)。结论:胆囊收缩排空障碍、胆汁淤积为成石主要原因,通里攻下方剂可通过促进胆道动力防治胆石症,ICC在胆道动力中发挥作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the kinetics mechanism of preventive and therapeutic effect of Tongli Gongxia formula on Calculous cholecystitis in guinea pigs.Method:The animal model of calculous cholecystitis was established,medicated serum of Xiaoyan Lidan Decoction was prepared,gallbladder smooth muscle’s activity of each group and the effect were observed.Result:There were significant differences between each control groups in gallstone formation rate and gallbladder smooth muscle activity(P<0.05);the amplitude of contraction showed a dose-independent relationship with medicated serum in groups,the contraction of smooth muscle was nearly abolished when ICC was destroyed.Conclusion:Impaired biliary dynamics mechanism contributes to gallstone formation.Tongli Gongxia formula can treat cholelithiasis through the promotion of biliary dynamics.The damage of ICC may be an important factor related to cholelithiasis. |
