ICP-MS法测定双黄连注射液中微量元素的含量

目的:建立双黄连注射液微量元素的测定方法,并对其所含微量元素进行含量测定。方法:样品经微波消解后,利用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定双黄连注射液中Be、B、Al、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Cd、Ba、Hg、Ti、Pb等17种微量元素的含量。结果:有毒金属元素Cu、Cd、Hg、Pb、As含量均符合美国药品和功能性食品的标准,微量元素中B、Al、Fe等元素含量相对较高。结论:所建立的测定方法快捷、准确、灵敏度高,可以用于双黄连注射液的微量元素的含量测定,并为其质量控制研究提供了一定的参考依据。

ICP-MS determination of trace elements in Shuanghuanglian injection

Objective:To establish a ICP-MS method for the determination of trace element in Shuanghuanglian injection,and study the content of trace elements in it.Method:ICP-MS method was used to determine the content of 17 trace elements such as Be、B、Al、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Tl、Cd、Ba、Hg and Pb after the trace elements digestion.Result:The contents of poisonous elements including Cu,Cd,Hg,Pb and As conformed to the standard of FDA.The contents of B,Al,Fe were rich in determined Shuanghuanglian injecton.Conclusion:The method is fast,accurate,sensitive and applicable for the content determination of trace elements in Shuanghuanglian injection.The results provide valuable data for futher investigating the the composition of inorganic element in Shuanghuanglian injection.and improving the standard control for theirs quality.
