| 摘 要： | 本文针对近年来我国中小学校学生人身伤害事故的特点和影响 ,在探讨了学校与学生的法律关系的性质、中小学校学生人身伤害事故的归责原则的基础上 ,对中小学校学生人身伤害事故进行了责任分析 ,并提出了正确处理中小学校学生人身伤害事故的法律对策。

| Abstract: | Based on the characteristics and influences of personal injuries to primary and middle school students of China in recent years, this essay analyses the responsibilities involved in the said injuries and proposes legal measures to be taken in the appropriate settlement, after a study of the legal relationship between schools and students and the principles in specifying responsibilities involved in the said injury accidents. |
