摘    要:提出了一种脉冲漏磁检测技术和超声测厚技术相结合的方法,应用于铁磁性材料的腐蚀缺陷检测系统中,可进行大面积、快速缺陷检测。设计了一套完整的脉冲漏磁检测系统,通过提取时域的有效特征值,实现了对缺陷的快速定位,因脉冲信号具有很宽的频谱,其感应信号更有利于反映缺陷的信息,并采用超声测厚仪对腐蚀缺陷的深度进行定量检测。通过试验表明了所采用方法的可行性和有效性,具有较大的应用价值。

Abstract:This paper proposed a method of pulse magnetic flux leakage testing technology combined with ultrasonic thickness technology. The method if applied in ferromagnetic materials corrosion defects detection system, could undertake large area and fast detection of flaws. The design of a complete pulsed magnetic flux leakage detection system, achieved fast positioning of defects by extracting effective characteristic value of time domain. Due to pulse being with a very wide spectrum, its induction signal was more conducive to reflect the defect information, and at the same time ultrasonic thickness gauge was used to detect quantitatively the depth of corrosion defects. The experiments proved the feasibility and effectivefiess of the method, so the method had great practical value.
