| 摘 要： | 目的比较两种不同剂量重组(CHO细胞)乙型肝炎疫苗的免疫效果。方法对787例18～55岁健康人群接种10μg/mL和20μg/mL两种重组(CHO细胞)乙型肝炎疫苗,用酶联免疫法(ELISA)检测抗-HBs。在全程免疫1个月后检测抗-HBs阳转率。结果两种剂量乙型肝炎疫苗免疫接种后检测抗体阳性率P=0.018(P<0.05)差异有统计学意义。分层后青年组、男、女组两种剂量乙型肝炎疫苗免疫接种后抗体阳性率比较P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。而中年组P=0.024(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论青年人可接种10μg重组CHO乙型肝炎疫苗,而中年人接种20μg重组CHO乙型肝炎疫苗可能更佳。

| Abstract: | Objective To compare the two different doses of recombinant（CHO cells） the immune effect of hepatitis B vaccine.Methods 787 cases of 18-55 years old healthy people vaccinated 10μg/mL and 20μg/mL of two recombinant（CHO cells） of hepatitis B vaccine,using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay（ELISA） detection of anti-HBs.Anti-HBs positive rate was detected in the whole one month after immunization.Results The two-dose hepatitis B vaccine after immunization of antibody-positive rate of detection of P0.05（P=0.018） were statistically significant differences.After stratification of youth groups,men＇s and women＇s groups of two doses of hepatitis B vaccine immunization antibody-positive rate of P0.05,there was no significant difference.While the middle age group P0.05（P=0.024）,the differences were significance.Conclusion The young people can be vaccinated 10μg of recombinant hepatitis B vaccine CHO,while the middle-aged CHO recombinant vaccine 20μg hepatitis B vaccine may be better. |
