| 摘 要： | 目的探讨循证护理在神经科气管切开术后护理中的应用效果。方法对55例气管切开术后患者通过提出循证问题,寻求循证支持、循证应用等进行循证护理。结果术后通过循证护理的干预、预防或减少了并发症的发生,提高患者生活质量。结论采用循证护理解决了气管切开术后护理工作中遇到的问题,能有效提高护理质量。

| Abstract: | Objective Evidence based nursing discussing the effects of the based nursing in the after-tracheotomy of neurosurgery.Methods 55 tracheotomy patients Through these based questions looking for the evidence-supports.Evidence-bases to carry out based nursing.Results Through the intervention by the based nursing prevent or decrease the complications.Improve the quality of the patients lives.Conclusion Based-nursing solved the problems which emerge after the tracheotomy.It cam improve the quality of nursing. |
