| 摘 要： | 为了解医学高专临床教学基地教师对教学基本技能知识培训需求状况，采用自编的临床教学基地教师情况调查表，对临床教学基地临床医学专业授课教师进行了调查，结果显示不同年龄、不同职称层次教师对教学技能知识培训的需求各有侧重，据此提出培养建议，旨在提高临床教学基地教师的教学水平。
