摘    要:建立了测定磷酸腺嘌呤的高效液相色谱定量检测方法。色谱柱:C18,5μm,250×4.6mm(I.D.);流动相组成:甲醇:水=20:80(体积比);流速:1.0mL/min;柱温:30℃;检测波长:254nm;进样量:10.0μL。实验结果表明,磷酸腺嘌呤的线性方程为Y=62932X-208307,(r=0.99995),检出限为0.2mg/mL,相对标准偏差为0.74%,平均回收率为99.03%。

Abstract:Established a method for adenine phosphate determination with high performance liquid chromatography. Adopting C18 chromatography column (5 μm, 250×4.6 mm) and taking the mixture of methanol and water as the mobile phase, which volume ration was 20:80. The column temperature was 30 ℃, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 254 nm and the injection volume was 10.0 μL. The experimental results indicated that the linear equation of adenine phosphate was Y=62 932X-208 307 (r=0.999 95), the detection limit was 0.2 mg/mL, the relative standard deviation was 0.74% and the average recovery rate was 99.03%.
