| 摘 要： | 建立了测定磷酸腺嘌呤的高效液相色谱定量检测方法。色谱柱：C18，5μm，250×4．6mm（I．D．）；流动相组成：甲醇：水=20：80（体积比）；流速：1．0mL/min；柱温：30℃；检测波长：254nm；进样量：10．0μL。实验结果表明，磷酸腺嘌呤的线性方程为Y=62932X-208307，（r=0．99995），检出限为0．2mg／mL，相对标准偏差为0．74％，平均回收率为99．03％。

| Abstract: | Established a method for adenine phosphate determination with high performance liquid chromatography. Adopting C18 chromatography column （5 μm, 250×4.6 mm） and taking the mixture of methanol and water as the mobile phase, which volume ration was 20：80. The column temperature was 30 ℃, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the detection wavelength was 254 nm and the injection volume was 10.0 μL. The experimental results indicated that the linear equation of adenine phosphate was Y=62 932X-208 307 （r=0.999 95）, the detection limit was 0.2 mg/mL, the relative standard deviation was 0.74% and the average recovery rate was 99.03%. |
