24例老年性迟发性硬膜下积液的CT诊断

目的：分析老年性迟发性硬膜下积液的CT表现。方法：回顾性分析24例老年迟发性硬膜下积液患者的CT资料。结果：13例表现为颅骨内板下新月型水样密度影，6例表现为大脑镰旁弧型水样密度影，5例上述两种类型均有表现。单纯性硬膜下积液13例，临床症状轻；复合型硬膜下积液11例，临床症状多样。结论：老年迟发性硬膜下积液的CT表现有其特征性，结合病史及病程可作出正确诊断。

CT DIAGNOSIS OF 24 CASES SENILE DELAYED SUBDURAL EFFUSION

Objective：To analyze the CT appearances of senile delayed subdural effusion.Methods：The CT appearances of 24 cases senile delayed subdural effusion were retrospectively analyzed.Results： 13 cases appeared crescent-like watery density under inner table of skull;6 cases appeared arc-like watery density beside cerebral falx; the other 5 cases presented the previous 2 appearances.13 cases were simple subdural effusion, their clinical symptoms were fairly light; 11 cases were complex subdural effusion, and their clinical symptoms were various.Conclusions：The CT appearance of senile delayed subdural effusion has its own characteristics, combined with case history and course of disease can make correct diagnosis.
