| 摘 要： | 近年来美国及世界范围内的医学教育越来注重教育的过程和结果。美国医学教育的最新趋势是更加注重学习的结果。另一趋势是跨专业教育。医学教育已经从聚焦于内容向强调教学过程转变，并将越来越注重教育的结果。医学作为全球性的科学，要求我们在医学生的教育学过程中不断借鉴国外最新的成果，以便培养适应现代医学需要的毕业生。
