| 摘 要： | 保护竞争、不保护竞争者是反垄断法的一项基本原则。反垄断法并不直接保护中小企业，而是通过对不法垄断行为的制裁、适用除外和豁免等方式，客观上为中小企业创造一个参与公平竞争的市场环境，从而间接地起到保护中小企业的作用。我国反垄断法应借鉴国外的经验，对保护中小企业参加市场竞争发挥作用。

| Abstract: | Protecting competition other than competitors is a basic principle in Anti-Monopoly Law.Anti-Monopoly Law does not protect medium-and small-sized enterprises directly,but indirectly through creating a market environment for them to participate in market competition fairly.Anti-Monopoly Law in China plays an important role in the protection of medium-and small-sized enterprises by drawing on foreign experience. |
