| 摘 要： | 分析了我国目前小城镇建设的现状,针对小城镇建设中存在的主要问题,提出了相应的建议,指出在小城镇的规划设计中,应该以人为本,注重突出小城镇的特色,从而建造出符合时代特征的小城镇。

| Abstract: | Small town construction situations in our country at present are analyzed.According to the questions existed in construction process corresponding suggestions are proposed.Author pointed out that planning and design of small towns should regard human being as the basis and pay more attention on characteristics of small towns to develop small towns according with the times. |
