IL-27在扩张型心肌病患者血浆中的变化及其临床意义

目的探讨IL-27在扩张型心肌病（DCM）患者外周血中的变化,探讨IL-27与DCM严重程度的关系。方法选择2012年2月至2013年2月于广东省第二人民医院心血管内科住院的DCM患者共28例,根据NYHA心功能分级,分为NYHA Ⅱ级组、NYHA Ⅲ级组、NYHA Ⅳ级组;同时体检无异常者30例为对照组。以心脏超声检测研究对象左室舒张末期内径（LVEDd）和左室射血分数（LVEF）,酶联免疫吸附法检测血浆脑钠肽（BNP）和IL-27表达。结果从对照组、NYHA Ⅱ级组、NYHA Ⅲ级组至NYHA Ⅳ级组,LVEDd、BNP浓度呈依次递增（P〈0.05）,LVEF和IL-27依次递减（P〈0.05）。外周血浆IL-27浓度与BNP浓度、LVEDd呈明显负相关（P〈0.01）,与LVEF呈正相关（P〈0.01）。结论 IL-27在DCM外周血中表达降低,与DCM严重程度密切相关。

Determination the concentration of plasma IL-27 in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy and its clinical significance

Objective To investigate the concentration changes of IL-27 in peripheral blood in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy （DCM） and the relation with the severity of DCM. Methods 28 patients with DCM admitted in our department were derided into NYHA Ⅱ group, NYHA Ⅲ group and NYHA Ⅳ group. 30 normal people verified with medical examination as the control group. Left ventricular end diastolic diameter （LVEDd） and left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） were determined by cardiac ultrasound, the concentration of brain natriuretie peptide （BNP） and IL-27 were determined by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent method. Results From control, NYHA Ⅱ group, NYHA Ⅲ group to NYHA Ⅳ group, LVEDd and the concentration of BNP are increasing in turn （P〈0.05）, but LVEF and the concentration of IL-27 are decreasing in turn （P〈0.05）. The levels of IL-27 are negative correlated with BNP and LVEDd, and positive correlated with LVEF （P〈0.01）. Conclusion The levels of IL-27 are lowered in in peripheral blood in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy, and closely correlated with the severity of DCM.
