| 摘 要： | 针对车削不规则零件端平面时装夹困难及专用夹具成本高的问题,设计了一种通用性较强的端平面车削夹具。它主要由夹具体、定位机构、夹紧机构组成,能完成各种复杂形状零件的装夹,并且对尺寸小的零件,可以一次装夹多个零件同时加工。该夹具适用范围广、通用性强、生产效率高。

| Abstract: | For turning the end face of irregular parts with clamping difficulties and the high cost of special fixtures designed a universal strong side plane turning fixture. It mainly consists of a specific folder, the positioning mechanism, clamping mechanism, to complete a variety of complex shape of the parts clamping, and the small size of the parts can be a fixture multiple parts at the same time processing. This fixture has wide range of applications, versatility and high production efficiency. |
