针肋套管换热元件的传热及阻力性能试验研究与分析

摘    要:对气流纵掠不同结构参数的针肋套管换热元件的传热及阻力特性进行了试验研究,得到了该种换热元件的传热及阻力性能的实验准则关联式,进一步就不同结构参数对针肋套管热力性能的影响进行了比较分析,并为该种换热元件的工业应用提供了可靠的试验数据和设计依据。

Abstract:In this paper, a local simulation method is employed to investigate the heat transfer and pressure drop characteristics of several kinds configuration pin-fin casing tube heat exchanger unit. The empirical correlations of heat transfer and flow friction loss for gas longitudinal flow to these pin-fin casing tube are obtained.On the basis, the experimental results of different configuration parameters for these pin-fin casing tube are anaysed and the effects on heat transfer and pressure drop for commonly used pin-fin geometry and pitch arrangement in pin-fin casing tubes are compared. The results obtained in this paper can be used in the design of pin-fin casing tube heat exchanger.
