应用一段式骨内种植体的五年临床疗效观察

目的：观察一段式骨内种植体种植后的临床疗效。方法：自1992年9月至1996年11月间应用CDIC纯钛一段式骨内种植体对127例患者采用3种植入方法进行了201颗人工牙种植修复。结果：经5年临床观察201颗种植体中成功177颗，失败24颗，5年总成功率88％。其中即刻种植成功率84.4％(38／45)；早期种植成功率为87．9％(51／58)；延期种植成功率89.8％(88／98)。结论：种植体修复取得长期成功除了种植材料本身性能及设计，也取决于严格的病例选择，熟练掌握外科手术技巧，精确的种植义齿修复系统及长期种植体保健和口腔卫生。

Five Years Clinic Therapeutic Effectiveness Observation of Using One Stage Endosteal Implants

Objective:To investigate the clinic therapeutic effectiveness of one stage endosteal implant.Methods:From 1992 to 1996,we have restored 201 cases involving 127 patients in three implantation ways by using CDIC pure tianinum one stage endosteal implants.Results:After five years clinic observations,out of these 201 cases,177 cases were successful,24 cases were fail,five-year total successful rate was 88 percent.And the successful rate of immediate implantation, primary period implantation,delay implantation was 84.4%(38/45), 87.9%(51/58),89.8%(88/98), respectively.Conclusions:Besides the nature of implant material and design of implant,the long-term success of implant supported denture also depends on other aspects:strict case selection;skillful master of surgical technique;accurate implant denture restoration system and long-term implant protection and oral hygiene.
