| 摘 要： | 目的比较多层螺旋CT 与常规CT 显示颅底骨折的能力，探讨能够有效诊断颅底骨折的影像学方法。方法对38 例
颅脑外伤后怀疑颅底骨折的伤者分别进行常规CT 和多层螺旋CT扫描，并将多层螺旋CT扫描获得的数据进行多平面重建分
析。结果常规CT显示出18 例骨折，多层螺旋CT则显示出34 例骨折，多层螺旋CT显示颅底骨折的能力显著高于常规CT。
在显示颅前窝和颅中窝骨折方面，多层螺旋CT也明显优于常规CT。结论多层螺旋CT 与常规CT相比，在颅底骨折的影像
学诊断上具有明显的优势；多层螺旋CT在颅底骨折的法医学鉴定中具有很高的应用价值。 |
