摘    要:提出利用雷诺数法来防止盘管式有机热载体炉导热油过热的方法。分析了粘度、流速和管径对导热油流动雷诺数的影响及各因素的重要程度,并分析了在确定管径下,粘度和流速对雷诺数的综合影响效果。

Abstract:Superheating of heat medium which can cause explosion must be avoided in operation of the organic heat medium boiler.Because the speed control commonly used can not prevent superheating of heat medium,poses Renold number as the control criterion.Combined with the main factors of superheating of heat medium,analysesd the effect and significance of viscosity,flow speed,diameter on Renold number in coils,and analyses the integrative effect of viscosity and flow speed on Renold number under certain diameter ulteriorly.
