| Abstract: | Combined with the characteristics of Maliba Reservoir such as locating within border area, larger technical difficulty, higher construction requirement and shorter construction period, the main concepts, methods and characteristics of the project management are described herein, The construction of the reservoir shows that the project management therein is highly effective. |
