| 摘 要： | 目的探讨结扎法在腹腔镜胆囊切除术（laparoscopic cholecystectomy，LC）中的应用价值。方法将择期行LC的慢性结石性胆囊炎和胆囊息肉样病变100例，随机分成两组，每组50例，分别用丝线打结（丝线组）和钛夹（钛夹组）结扎胆囊管、胆囊动脉，比较两组的手术时间、术后排气时间和术后并发症。结果两组均无术后并发症的发生；丝线组与钛夹组平均手术时间分别为（48．48±2．52）min和（38．32±2．85）min，两组相较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；术后平均排气时间为（18．00±2．24）h和（17．88±2．30）h，两组相较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论在熟练掌握LC的基础上，在LC术中用丝线打结结扎胆囊管和胆囊动脉是安全可行的，且经济、实用。
