浅谈油管和套管的防腐问题

摘    要:为了防止井下管柱的腐蚀,目前世界上成熟的经验是内涂层防腐技术。有人企图将内涂层、内镀层防腐改为外涂层、外镀层防腐,这是不妥的。从电化学腐蚀理论出发,通过模拟油井状态的原电池试验,说明外涂层油管的外涂层损伤后,损伤处集中腐蚀,缩短了油管的使用寿命;外镍磷镀油管镀层的镍和套管的铁,由于电位差会加速套管的腐蚀。认为油管和套管的防腐蚀问题,应互相兼顾、统一设防。

Abstract:The inner coating is the successful practice of anti-corrosion. Any attempt to change it to external coating or plating isnt' practicable. According to the theory of galvnic corrosion, the primary cell test in simulated well indicates that the corrosion would be centralized once the external coating had broken down,so that the tubing life was shortened. The paper suggestS that the anti-corrosion must be considered both tubing and casing.
