大型电力变压器拉板涡流损耗的研究

摘    要:针对电力变压器金属构件中涡流产生的过热问题,建立了电力变压器铁芯拉板三维漏磁场模型,并用ANSYS有限元法计算法,分析了拉板不同开槽数、开槽长度及开槽宽度对其涡流损耗分布的影响,其结果为拉板开槽数、开槽长度和开槽宽度的合理增加,可以有效地减小拉板涡流损耗.

Abstract:Aiming at the overheat eddy current in metal construction of transformer,this paper establishes the three-dimension magnetic leakage field model of core tie-plate in large transformer,and analyzes the influences of different number,length and width of tie-plate slotting on the distribution of eddy current loss.The result shows that the appropriate increase of the number,length and width of tie-plate slotting can effectively reduce eddy current loss of core tie-plate.
