糖尿病周围神经病变的中医证型与神经传导速度相关性探讨

摘    要:目的 :探讨糖尿病周围神经病变的中医辨证分型与神经传导速度的相关性。方法 :对气血两虚、气虚血痹型 (A组 )、脾胃虚弱、痰浊阻络型 (B组 )和正常对照组 (C组 )分别测定正中神经指1,指3和尺神经、胫后神经、腓肠神经等的运动末端潜伏期及感觉神经传导速度及其波幅。结果 :与C组比较 ,A组异常率为100% ,B组异常率仅31 8% ,并且A组中 ,除神经运动末端潜伏期的波幅外 ,正中神经、尺神经、胫后神经、腓肠神经等的运动末端潜伏期或感觉神经传导速度及其波幅均异常 ;而B组中 ,仅正中神经、尺神经异常。结论 :气血两虚、气虚血痹型周围神经损害重并且广泛 ,脾胃虚弱、痰浊阻络型则较轻、较局限。

Abstract:Objective:To explore the correlation between the Chinese medical patterns and nerve conduction velocity in diˉabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods:The distal motor latency,sensory nerve conduction velocity and wave amplitude of median nerve,ulnar nerve,sural nerve and posterior cubitar nerve in deficiency of Qi and blood,deficiency of Qi and stagˉnation of blood(group A),deficiency of spleen and stomach,stagnation of phlegm in channels(group B)and the control group(group C)were determined respectively.Results:The abnoumal rate was100%in group A,but only31.8%in group B.In Group A,except the wave amplitude of distal motor latency in ulnar nerve,the distal motor latency,sensory conduction velocity and wave amplitude of median nerve,ulnar nerve,sural nerve and posterior cubitar nerve were all abnoumal,while in group B the abnormalities were only indicated in median nerve and cubitar nerve of group B.Conclusions:The peripheral neuropathy in Group A is more serious and extensive than that in Group B.
