同位素Na~(131)I联合中草药治疗Graves病的研究

摘    要:目的观察同位素Na131I联合传统医学治疗Graves病的疗效。方法分A和B组进行研究。A组给予同位素Na131I治疗,共42例;B组给予同位素Na131I+中草药治疗,共48例。同位素Na131I的用量比常规减少1/3~1/2,中草药选用滋阴降火、软坚散结、舒肝理气之类。结果1 a内Graves病的临床有效率A组为93%,B组为94%,2组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);甲减的发生率A组为24%,B组为8%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论同位素Na131I联合中草药治疗Graves病具有较好的临床应用价值。

Abstract:Objective It is to observe the curative effect of radioiodine combined with traditional Chinese medicine on Graves' disease. Methods The patients were divided into two groups. 42 patients in group A were treated with radioiodine and 48 patients in group B were treated with radioiodine and herbs. The dosage of radioiodine was from one-thirds to a half in group B as much as in group A. The herbs include drugs for nourishing Yin to reduce pathogenic fire, softening hard mass and resolving mass, soothing the live and regulating the circulation of Qi. Results The curative effect rate after one year was 93% in group A and 94% in group B, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). The incidence of hypothyroidism was 24% in group A and 8% in group B, there was significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01). Conclusion Radioiodine combined with herbs have good clinical valuable on Graves' disease.
