浓香型产区烤烟叶片单叶重与中性香气成分含量的关系研究

摘    要:摘要:2009年以豫中烟区主栽品种NC89为试验材料,研究了中上部叶片单叶重与香气物质含量的相关性,为在生产上通过栽培措施调控叶片单叶重培育优质烟叶提供理论依据。研究结果表明,中部叶与上部叶大多数香气物质含量随着单叶重的增加而增加当含量达到最大值后逐渐下降,当单叶重接近最大值时香气物质含量基本不变。中部叶与上部叶在叶片单叶重为12g时类胡萝卜素类降解产物总量,棕色化反应降解产物总量及除新植二烯外的香气物质总量均为最大值。综合各香气物质的含量,中部叶与上部叶的最佳单叶重分别在10~12g,12~15g范围内。

Relationship of weight per leaf with neutral aroma components in flue-cured tobacco with full aroma style
Abstract:Abstract:The experiments were set up with NC89, the leading variety in middle Henan,2009. To investigate the middle and upper leaves the weight of per leaf of neutral aroma components, aiming to find the best way to product excellent quality tobacco through control the weight of per leaf. Results showed that in the middle and upper leaves most of neutral aroma components increased with increase of the weight of per leaf, then decreased when the content get the maximum value. When the weight of per leaf closed the maximum value the content of neutral aroma components almost have no change. The weight of per leaf of middle and upper leaves reached 12g, the total content of carotenoid catabolite and maillard and volatile aroma matter except neoplytadiene reached maximum value. The weight of per leaf of middle leaves with 10~12g and the weight of per leaf of upper leaves with 12~15g were the best range, consider the contents of all the neutral aroma components.
