摘    要:长期以来,石油化工容器内需要更新改造的内构件均采用火焰或等离子切割的方式进行拆除,由此对安全动火和工人作业环境提出了很高要求。文章介绍的超高压水射流切割技术,对安全动火条件无苛刻要求,达到工人可以进入作业空间施工的条件即可,同时水射流对作业空间不产生气体污染和温度,不会恶化作业环境条件,有效地提高了施工效率,很好地完成了分馏塔内构件的拆除工作。
