| 摘 要： | 目的：对白内障手术患者实施24小时临床路径管理，以研究和探讨白内障手术患昔最短住院天数和对住院费用的影响。方法：对实施临床路径前后有关数据进行统计分析。结果：研究表明本组40例患者平均住院日明显缩短，无术前天数；平均住院费用、床位费与药费分别下降8．46％，89．9％1和80．70％。无1例非计划再入院。结论：实施24小时临床路径可最大限度地缩短白内障手术患者的平均住院日，同时还可取得降低住院费用的效果。

| Abstract: | Objectives： Implementing 24-hour clinical pathway management of cataract surgery palients to analyze the shortest length of stay and the factors influencing inpatient hospitalizalinn cost. Methods： Data of pre- and pnsl clinical pathway management were analyzed. Results： Forty patient＇ s average length of stay was significantly shortened after implementing clinical pathway and without pre-operalion days. The average hospitalization costs, bed fee and drng costs redu, ed 8.46%, 89.9% and 80.70% respectively. None of unplanned readmission was observed. Conclusions： 24-hour clinical pathway management can flJrthest shorten the average length of stay and reduce hospitalization cosls. |
