| 摘 要： | 论文提出了一种利用图像配准和数字差影的快速预处理算法。该算法通过区域模板匹配纵横向偏移,然后利用两次差影逐步消除背景和轮廓伪影。该方法运用在高速印刷品在线质量检测系统中,被证明是准确有效的,能满足实时性要求。

| Abstract: | This article proposes a pretreatment algorithm based on image registration and digital subtraction.It matches vertical and horizontal displacement through the feature region,then utilizes two subtractions to dispel the background and shadow of contour.This method has been applied to the online quality detecting system of high-speed presswork production line.It has proved that the algorithm is accurate and effective,and meets the real-time demand. |
