杜氏藻多糖的分离、纯化及结构分析

摘    要:探讨杜氏藻中的糖复合物。采用热碱水提,乙醇酵沉,DEAE—32分离等方法分离纯化杜氏藻中的多糖复合物,对其进行理化测试并通过薄层层析,电泳,气相色谱对各组分进行定性定量分析。从杜氏藻中得到两种酸性多糖PDS1,PDS2,硫酸根含量分别为1.8%,6.0%;己糖醛酸含量为1.4%,19.2%。其中PDS1是带硫酸根的葡聚糖,PDS2是含葡萄糖,半乳糖,鼠李糖和甘露糖的酸性蛋白聚糖。

Abstract:The crude polysaccharide was isolated from D.Salin a after hot basic wa ter extraction. Two polysaccharides PDS 1, PDS 2 were purificated by DEAE-32 c hrom atography. Their components were identified by TLC, Agarose Electrophoresis, GC methods and so on. The result show that PDS 1 is a glucosan, and the PDS 2 is a s ulfated Proteoglycan which was composed of D-rhamnose,D-mannose, D-g alactose, D-rhamnose.
