4486名空勤人员SCL-90测查结果分析

目的了解空勤人员群体心理健康状况及变化趋势,为更好的开展心理服务提供参考依据。方法使用DXC系列型多项群体心理测试系统（DXC-5）,采用症状自评量表（Symptom Checklist 90,SCL-90）,对2006/2011年疗养的4486名空勤人员实施群体测验,有效问卷4420份。结果空勤人员群体在SCL-90各因子分、阳性项目数及总分上均低于军人常模（P〈0.001）。空勤人员群体在躯体化、敌意、精神病性因子分上高于全国常模（P〈0.001）,其他因子分、总分均低于全国常模（P〈0.05,或P〈0.001）,在阳性项目数上无统计学差异（P〉0.05）。以总分和阳性项目数为筛查指标,2006年以来阳性检出率均呈现递减的趋势。阳性项目数≥43项,2006年度为21.61%,2011年为8.79%。SCL-90总分≥160分,2006年度为16.54%,2011年降至6.64%。2011年度SCL-90各因子分、阳性项目数及总分均低于2006年（P〈0.001）。结论空勤人员群体的心理健康状况好于军人常模及全国常模,近年来心理健康水平亦有所提高。

Analysis on SCL-90 Testing Results of 4486 Aircrew

Objective To study the mental health status of the aircrew,and supply reference for better psychological services.Methods Symptom Checklist 90(SCL-90) was applied on 4486 aircrews by DXC-5 testing system.A total of 4420 validated questionnaires were acqureied.Results The SCL-90 factor scores,number of positive items,and total score of the aircrew were lower than those of the military norm(P<0.001).The somatization,hostility and psychosis factor scores of the aircrew were higher than those of the national norm(P<0.001).The other factor scores and total score were lower than those of the national norm(P<0.05 or P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the number of positive items between the aircrew and national norm(P>0.05).Taking the total score and number of positive items as the screening indicator,the positive detection rate since 2006 showed a decreasing trend.The rate with number of positive items ≥ 43 was 21.61% in 2006 and 8.79% in 2011.The rate of SCL-90 total score ≥ 160 was 16.54% in 2006 and 6.64% in 2011.The SCL-90 factor scores,number of positive items and total score in 2011 were all lower than those in 2006(P<0.001).Conclusion The mental health sautus of the aircrew is better than that of the military norm and national norm and improved in recent years.
